BUTTON FEATURES:
- |RECORD| allows you to save information currently inputted on the main table. Recorded information is stored in log database. You may also view stored information for a specific date by clicking 'Date' cell to prompt a drop-down list of dates
- If you made an entry by mistake or changed your mind about an entry, |LOG BOOK| will open up log database window where you may select and delete any entry you have made previously
- |CLEAR TABLE| allows you to empty the main table, macronutrient profile cells, reset the date to today's date, and refresh PivotChart
- |ADD FOOD| opens food database window where you may add, delete, or edit food and their respective macronutrients information
